Jezreel Corrales (13-1, 2KOs) is in the final stage of his preparation for his upcoming fight on Decemeber 20 against Alexis Boureima Kabore (21-1, 6KOs) in Burkina Faso, Africa. This fight will be of great importance for the Panamanian fighter because the WBC super bantamweight international title will be on the line.

His trainer, Jose Gonzalez, said that his boxer is in the best condition for this fight.

Corrales last fight, a decision win over Jonathan Perez in August, was changed to a no-contest after Corrales tested positive for marijuana following the match. Kabore has been undefeated since getting knocked out in his pro debut in 2004.

“He’s gained a lot of speed, and is very strong. We will go to Burkina Faso to teach the African fighter that in Panama we have a lot of talent. This will be a tough match because we will be on his turf but there’s no doubt Corrales will win,” he pledged.
