Super bantamweight Jessie Magdaleno is scheduled to return to the ring on October 25, Frank Espinoza told BoxingScene.com.

Magdaleno will face an opponent to be determined in an eight or 10 round bout at Selland Arena in Fresno, Calif. Also fighting on the Top Rank Promotions card will be unbeaten Jose Ramirez in a scheduled eight round bout.

Magdaleno (19-0, 15 KOs) is coming off a seventh round technical knockout over Carlos Rodriguez on August 2 in Las Vegas, Nev. It was the sixth consecutive knockout victory for Magdaleno.

The 22-year-old Magdaleno is trained by Joel Diaz.

UniMas will televise both bouts live on the East Coast on a "Solo Boxeo" telecast.
