The Top Rank card on September 11 is beginning to round out.

The 10 round bout will take place at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and will likely open the TruTv telecast.

In the main event, featherweight Oscar Valdez will fight Chris Avalos in a 10 round bout. BoxingScene.com was the first to break the story on Friday.

Hart (17-0, 14 KOs) stopped Mike Jimenez in a battle of unbeaten super middleweights on May 2. The Philadelphia fighter has stopped his last four opponents in a row.

Hart has been very active since turning pro in June of 2012. He fought five times in 2014.

Pryor (19-8-1, 12 KOs) was stopped by Marcus Browne after the sixth round of his last bout on April 11th. The loss snapped a four-bout unbeaten streak for the Cincinnati, Ohio fighter.
