According to promoter Gary Shaw, the light heavyweight bout between WBC champion Jean Pascal (25-1, 16KOs) and mandatory Chad Dawson (29-0, 17KOs) will take place on August 14 in Montreal, Canada on HBO. The fight date has been pushed back a number of times because Pascal's shoulder was injured in the rematch with Adrian Diaconu and he needed additional time to heal.

Shaw expects a very good performance from his fighter.

"It's a spectacular fight," Shaw told ringtv.com. "And a tough fight. We're really going into enemy territory. There'll be, what, 16,000, 17,000 Canadians there rooting against us. I think Pascal will make Chad fight, like Glen Johnson did."
