Undefeated super bantamweight Jayson 'The Wonder' Velez, who returns from the win over Carlos Valcarcel, which improved his record to 16-0 with 12 knockouts, will return to action on October 14 WBO and WBC regional titles against Mexico's Jonathan Arias, who has a 16-6 record. The event is being put together by Miguel Cotto Promotions in Juncos, Puerto Rico, and there will be nine fights on the card.
