Undefeated middleweight prospect Jason Quigley (6-0 6KOs) is excited to return to the ring on July 11th. He will be going up against an opponent that has yet to be determined.  The fight, which will be scheduled for 6 rounds, will take place in Los Angeles on the Mauricio Herrera-Hank Lundy undercard.

Quigley's past 5 fights have been slated for 4 rounds but the former amateur standout has ended each one of them before the final bell.

"For every fight I train my ass off in the gym. I'm ready to go the distance. I'm ready to go the 6 rounds and go to the scorecards. I know I have it in the tank but if there is any opportunity to get him out of there in the first 10 seconds I am going to do it because boxing is a difficult sport and if you give anybody a second chance you can regret it," Quigley stated.

The 24-year-old Los Angeles based Irishman has had a busy 2015 campaign. His upcoming fight will be his fourth of the year and he hopes to keep the busy schedule.

"It is absolutely amazing. I love being so active. It's a blessing to get in the ring and do what I love to do, what I do best," said Quigley.

Quigley is a keen observer of the fights in and around his decision. Prior to his most recent fight, he gave James Degale the edge to defeat Andre Dirrell. Quigley's prognostication was proven correct when Degale dropped Dirrell twice in route to an unanimous decision victory last month.

"I thought it was a great performance. Degale had an amazing start by knocking him down twice. That is a great confidence booster which allowed him to relax. He was able to do what he wanted while Dirrell had to try to make up ground.

"I think he is the first Englishman to ever win an Olympic gold and a world title. So that was quite an accomplishment to come all the way over from England and do that. Congratulations to James. I think he is a great operator. Very talented and very skillful. I think that Dirrell was too inactive heading into that fight and maybe that took it's toll," Quigley explained.

Quigley, who is promoted by Golden Boy and managed by Sheer Sports ended our interview by promising another great performance on July 11th.

"The fans are going to see what they always see - me coming in there and knocking guys across the ring who are trying to stop me from getting what I want. It's going to be fast. It's going to be powerful. It's going to be one hell of a fight. I'm ready to rock on July 11th," Quigley told BoxingScene.com
