Jake Paul has revealed that he recently purchased a sprawling $39 million estate in Georgia, using the earnings from his upcoming fight with Mike Tyson.

The property is situated on a vast 5,653-acre ranch. Speaking on The Iced Coffee Hour podcast, Paul shared, “It cost $39 million… It’s massive. It’s a little bit bigger than I wanted, but when I got there, I was like, ‘I have to buy this.’”

According to Paul, he made “in the low 30s” from the highly anticipated bout with Tyson, which helped fund the lavish purchase. The property was listed for sale in October at $42.5 million. “I wanted a place where I can wakesurf, hunt, and build a racetrack.” Paul said on the same podcast.

Paul’s next chance to cash in comes on June 28, when he steps into the ring against Julio César Chávez Jr.
