The first WBC female beltholder and three time world champion Jackie Nava could return to boxing in March, following a break of 15 months. Jackie put the boxing gloves aside for a while, to give birth to her daughter Frida, but now she’s ready to return to fight in the ring. Jackie is considered one of the very best female fighters in history along with Ana Maria Torres. Coincidently both retired from boxing for a while due to pregnancy.
“I might return by March, but I can't yet assure anything. I’m in negotiations with Zanfer. I want to have a great return,” Nava (28-4-3, 12KOs) said.
