Los Angeles, California - Lightweights Humberto Soto and Urbano Antillon have exchanged big words. They will clash on Saturday at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Soto's WBC lightweight title will be on the line. Antillon promised to test Soto early. He doesn't feel Soto is capable of fending off an incoming attack of big punches. Soto vs. Antillon will be the co-feature to Nonito Donaire's bantamweight battle with former champion Wladimir Sidorenko.
"Soto has never faced a fighter who attacks and hits like I do. He doesn't know what to do when fighters attack him and I'm going to prove it," Antillon said.
Soto countered back and says Antillon is talking big because he's afraid.
"Many of my victims have talked a lot before the fight, but that is simply a reflection that they are afraid. And in the ring they never fulfilled their promises. On the contrary, they were knocked out," Soto said.
