Andre Berto, fresh off another exciting performance on HBO, will certainly be right back on the network, and there quite a few possibilities for him. Back in April, Berto lost his WBC title, and suffered his first career loss, in a twelve round war with Victor Ortiz. However, he returned last Saturday night  in Biloxi to capture the IBF's welterweight crown with a five round stoppage of Jan Zaveck.

“There are a number of good matchups at welterweight,” said Kery Davis, HBO Sports V.P. of Programming. “It’s one of the deepest, strongest divisions in the sport. There are any number of good fights Berto can get into.

“Certainly, I’m sure he would like to see a Victor Ortiz rematch, a lot’s going to depend on what happens with [Floyd] Mayweather. Then there are guys like [Tim] Bradley at 140. You could see [Marcos] Maidana and Berto.”
