Former two division world champion David Haye is expecting Tyson Fury to dominate undefeated Tom Schwarz this Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Haye states that Fury proved his class last December, when he fought WBC champion Deontay Wilder to a controversial twelve round split draw in Los Angeles.

"I think he proved his point last time [against Wilder], I don’t think he’s got to prove anything to anyone anymore,’ Haye explained to Metro. "He fought America’s No.1 heavyweight, WBC champion and a lot of people had him winning, even Americans had him winning. I believe the sales pitch is not really needed. What is needed is another solid performance, so people don’t think that was an anomaly and Wilder just got it wrong that night."

Haye emphasises that Fury must look like a superstar in the ring, when he faces Schwarz, who is a huge underdog in the contest.

"He needs to look good. He needs a similar type of impressive performance that Wilder got against Dominic Breazeale. That conclusive: 'God damn, this guy can punch!' We want to hear people saying this is why Fury is the lineal champion, what an amazing boxer. That’s how the best in the world deals with a 24-0 fighter," Haye said.

The former champ believes Schwarz will get motivation from Andy Ruiz, who earlier this month shocked the entire sport when he stopped Anthony Joshua to capture the WBO, IBO, WBA, IBO world titles.

"[Fury will] want to put on a boxing masterclass and I’ll believe he’ll win a wide decision,’ Haye said. "And if there’s a stoppage, I think he can grind the guy down and beat him up.

"But I said the same thing about Andy Ruiz a couple weeks ago and I was wrong, big time. I definitely feel Schwarz will take a hell of a lot of confidence from that upset. Since that upset, people have started to look into Tom Schwarz. We didn’t even bother to look into Ruiz. It worked out to be an amazing performance. Anyone on their day, if they believe it, they can achieve the unthinkable. AJ’s fight adds additional spice to this fight, because it doesn’t matter if you’ve never heard of Tom Schwarz – anything is possible in the heavyweight division."
