The super-fight, Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao, could be announced in the coming days. Insiders believes this week is a make or break period for the fight negotiations. Either the fight will be finalized or fall through yet again. Promoters have been trying to make the match since 2009.

Manchester icon Ricky Hatton, who fought and lost to both fighters, is so excited about the fight potentially coming off that he's already booked his trip to Las Vegas for Cinco De Mayo weekend. The fight is targeted for May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Hatton feels Mayweather vs. Pacquiao is the biggest fight of the last 25 to 30 years and says it ranks up there with some of the legendary fights like Marvin Hagler vs. Thomas Hearns and Muhammad Ali vs. Joe Frazier.

"I don't know if it would be the biggest fight ever, but it certainly would be the biggest fight in the last 25, 30 years. You put it up against Hagler-Hearns, Muhammad Ali vs. Frazier - it's that big. The minute someone gives us the thumbs [the fight is happening], I know I'll be going, because it's one of those fights where you want to say 'I was there to see it.' I've already booked my flight just in case," Hatton said.
