A few weeks ago, unbeaten junior middleweight prospect Harry Joe Yorgey (20-0, 9KOs) won an arbitration case over his current manager Jimmy Deoria. The win gave Yorgey two things, the freedom to fight any opponent without the constent of Deoria, and a decrease on the purse percentage he would have to give to Deoria, dropping from 40 to 15%.

The win over Deoria was so sweet that Yorgey tapped the bottle and twisted the cap. Pennsylvania paper The Mercury reports that Yorgey was arrested on the night of July 5 on Route 422 for driving at a high rate of speed and being under the influence of alcohol. According to a report by the Pennsylvania State Police, Yorgey is now facing DUI charges.

Yorgey is scheduled to challenge Jason LeHoullier (21-0, 8KOs) in the co-feature bout of ESPN’s Friday Night Fights on August 22 at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This can only mean that training camp is going well.
