It was reported by ClubCall, that promoter Frank Warren told WBO featherweight champion Scott Harrison that if is unable to get released from prison in Malaga, Spain, in order to go forward with his scheduled bout against Nicky Cook on December 9 in London, he stands to gets stripped of his title by the WBO.
Harrison is being held in a Spanish jail over allegations of assault that took place on October 6.
If Harrison gets stripped, Juan Manuel Marquez, who is the interim WBO champ, would be upgraded by the WBO to full champion status.
