One week before “Mexican Independence Day” one of Mexico’s top contenders, Hanzel Martinez 23-2-19KO from Tijuana, Mexico will take on Emmanuel Quartey 20-2-19KO from Accra, Ghana for the vacant WBA International Championship at 122lbs.
