Hank Lundy and Mauricio Herrera have both suffered questionable losses throughout their up and down careers. When they meet in the ring on July 11th, Lundy is confident that he has the superior skill set and the world will see who the better fighter is.  The 31-year-old feels the key difference is in the speed department.

"That is the main difference and then you have to look and see that he's in there with Hammerin' Hank Lundy. There ain't nothing in the fight he's going to be able to do to me. The old school Hammerin' Hank is back and we are ready to put on a show," Lundy confidently stated.

The brash Philadelphia native said that he isn't concerned that the fight is taking place in Herrera's backyard. He said that he plans to dominate the fight and leave the judges with no choice but to award him with the victory.

"Listen man. You know what my name is - Mister I put a bag on a stick and go to your hometown and beat yo' ass. This is what I do. Listen, I am going to beat this boy so bad that if they call it for him the judges are going to have to look at themselves or just jump off a cliff and say, 'I quit. I don't want to be a judge no more.' The butt whoopin' I'm gonna give him  is going to be so bad they will have to call it straight. I'm not worried about no judge," Lundy explained.

Lundy acknowledged that both he and Herrera have a lot in common.  He feels that both of them came up the hard way but feels that he has fought the better fighters and  Herrera will be another notch on his belt.

"I'm one of these fighters where none of these fighters want to fight me. I'm the real deal. When a guy like me comes along they don't want to fight me. They look for the easy way.

"He's a fighter like me. He hasn't been through what I've been through. I think I've had way tougher fights. He beat Provodnikov and John Molina but come on man. I've believe I've fought the better competition," Lundy told BoxingScene.com.
