Huck: Bild writes that WBO cruiserweight champ Marco Huck will defend the title at the Max Schmeling Hall in Berlin on March 13. Opponent is to be announced. Sauerland´s First Lady, WBC and WBA welter queen Cecilia Braekhus, may defend her titles on the same bill.
 
Jones vs Brudov: WBA cruiserweight champ Guillermo Jones´ defense against Russian Valery Brudov appears to be on again and is according to press in Panama set for February 27 in France. The fight was on for last year at least once but fell through when the Russian pulled out. Jones hasen´t made any defenses of the title he won back in 08.
 
Vidoz vs Bertino: Former EBU heavyweight champ Paolo Vidoz hase accepted a fight with Danish fighter Claus Bertino on January 30 in Aarhus on the undercard to Larsen vs Magee. There were strong rumors that Swede Attila Levin would be on the show and that Paolo would be fighting him but Levin is not on the bill and Vidoz, last seen losing to Albert Sosnowski in a fight for the vacant EBU title, will take on Bertino.
 
Miskirtchian: EU featherweight champ Alex Miskirtchian defends the title March 27 in Ciney, Belgium, against Italian Gianpiero Contestabile.
