Arena Box Promotion will stage a show in Goeppingen on July 15 with former WBA cruiserweight champ Firat Arslan taking on Czech Lubos Suda in a revenge rematch. Their fight will be the main event of the show. Suda beat Arslan back in 2003 when Firat was a freelancer and forced to travel while Suda had solid backing at home in the Czech Republic.
Undefeated WBA "regular" middleweight champ Gennady Golovkin has reached an out of court agreement with Universum - and they have agreed that their promotional agreement expires at the latest - November 21, 2011. Golovkin and Universum have been engaged in a legal battle for quite some time, with the boxer attempting to leave their ranks.
