Last week, Golden Boy Promotions announced a couple of more cards that will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1 as part of their 'Golden Boy Live' series, such as their June 30th show from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia that will feature their light heavyweight prospect Vyacheslav Shabranskyy, alongside D'Mitrius Ballard and Lamont Roach. But word throughout the industry is that Golden Boy's agreement with Fox Sports 1 will be coming to an end in the summer.
It's being rumored that Fox Sports 1, like many other networks have already in 2015, will be going to a time-buy deal with Al Haymon with his Premier Boxing Champions series. 'Golden Boy Live' launched in August of 2013 and featured many of their prospects in developmental fights.
What's not clear is what would happen to their 'LA Fight Club' series, which was revived earlier this year. There is a possibility that Fox Deportes still televises these shows and recently Oscar De La Hoya created his own network, 'De La Hoya TV'.
