The chance to fight WBC world champion Krysztof Wlodarczyk is enough to motivate Fragomeni and Branco and that's why both of them said that they prepared better than ever and are confident to bring home the silver belt. Fragomeni fought twice against the Polish star, getting one draw and a KO loss, while Branco sparred with him many times in the past.

Giacobbe Fragomeni's record is made of 33 fights: 29 wins (12 kos), 3 losses and 1 draw. He was WBC world champion from October 24, 2008 to November 21, 2009. Professional since July 1988, Silvio Branco built a record of 62 wins (37 kos), 10 losses and 2 draws. He became world champion in three weight divisions: middleweight, super middleweight (both were World Boxing Union titles) and light heavyweight (World Boxing Association, twice).

In the most important undercard, rising star "Black Mamba" Luca Giacon will defend the European Union lightweight crown against Krysztof Szot (15-1-1 with 5 KOs). Knockout artist Giacon (scored 17 KOs in 18 wins, his only other bout was declared a no-contest) recently trained for three weeks at Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles and for three weeks at Floyd Mayweather’s gym in Las Vegas.

Super lightweight Gaetano Putrone (1-0), local welterweight Gianluca Frezza (14-3-2 with 7 KOs) and promising cruiserweight Mirko Larghetti (15-0 with 8 KOs) will prove themselves in the opening bouts.

TV Network SportItalia 2 will broadcast live at 9:30 PM.
