In an unprecedented move, Professional boxing in Wisconsin received a recent boost from internationally recognized American veteran boxing promoter Gary Shaw Productions. Speaking at a recent telephone press conference, the owner of Ibom Stars Promotions; Mr. Enobong Umohette confirmed that world renowned boxing promoter Gary Shaw is a key event sponsor of the upcoming BALLROOM BATTLE ROYALE-RETURN OF THE CHAMPIONS boxing event scheduled to be held at the prestigious Turner Hall Ballroom on April 25, 2014.

Speaking further on the development, Mr. Umohette praised Gary Shaw for throwing his weight behind professional boxing in Wisconsin through his strategic support but also stated that he is looking forward to firmer partnerships and a time when there would be several more active boxing promoters in the State of Wisconsin, to fully harness and develop the insatiable volume of talented fighters in the State.

Reacting on behalf of Gray Shaw, Tamer Kose stated that Gary Shaw Productions was impressed by the courage and determination of Ibom Stars Promotions owner Enobong Umohette, whom he acknowledged is still also an active professional boxer in the heavyweight class.  According to Tamer Kose, Gary Shaw Promotions is a firm believer in supporting professional boxing all over the country and Ibom Stars Promotions' baby steps in Wisconsin by promoting a second event within a 6 month time frame deserved commendation and support in the business of promoting professional boxing.

Gary Shaw Production’s Eduardo Martinez and Kenneth Sims Jr. are two world class fighters who’ll be making their second appearances as professional fighters on the card.  Both fighters, who hail from nearby Chicago, were outstanding national amateurs and are known for bringing excitement to the ring.   They are very popular to those who see them fight live because of their aggressive style.

Martinez will campaign at the super-bantamweight division (122 lbs.) while Sims Jr. will compete at Jr. welterweight (140 lbs.)
