Middleweight Gabe Rosado is now back in training at the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, California.

The well-traveled Rosado (23-11, 13 KO's) is coming off an April 22nd twelve round decision loss to Martin Murray. It's a loss that he disputes vehemently.

"I mean, everywhere I go everybody tells me I won the fight. Personally, I thought I won the fight. I thought the scorecards were crazy,'' opined Rosado, who lost in England by the scores of 114-114, 116-112 and 119-109. "So it's just one of those situations where I know if I would've lost the fight flat out and I know in my heart I flat out lost, then if I can't beat a guy like Martin Murray - I have no business chasing the title. But I thought I won the fight."

Now, Rosado, who has reunited with his original trainer, Billy Briscoe, is looking to avenge a past loss on his record.

"I think we're looking at a possible chance of fighting J-Love," said Rosado, of J'Leon Love, who defeated him in May of 2013 and then tested positive for a diuretic, which changed the outcome to a 'no contest'.

Rosado believes there is a chance that this rematch could take place on the Showtime Pay-Per-View undercard to Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor, which takes place on August 26th at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Love has been mentioned as likely getting an undercard slot on the card.

"J-Love, he reached me on my DM and he said, 'Hey champ, the fans want us to run it back.' I said,'lets make it happen, talk to [Mayweather Promotions CEO] Leonard (Ellerbe), talk to your people - let's make it happen.' So we'll see what's up," Rosado said.
