Fuentes Beaten in Jakarta

Hard-hitting Filipino flyweight Rocky Fuentes who won his last two fights by knockouts in a total of six rounds has lost by a ten round split decision to Dickson Ton in a fight card at the RCTI studios in Jakarta.

Fuentes was coming off a first round TKO victory over Anis Ceunfin last June 28 and a fifth round knockout over Dolfi Lolaru last July 26. However, Fuentes was unable to repeat that strong showing against tough Dickson Ton who himself won his last bout via a first round KO of Terapong of Thailand.
