IBF/WBA super middleweight champion Carl Froch is better prepared, he says, for the May 31 rematch with domestic rival George Groves. Their anticipated fight takes place at Wembley before a crowd of 80,000 fans on May 31. Last November Froch got off the deck in the first round and had to rally down the stretch to get a controversial ninth round TKO victory.

Froch told Daily Mail: 'I'm feeling very fit, strong and very confident ahead of the 31st. I have been so meticulous in the build-up. It just shows the difference between the first fight and the second fight. I am always physically in great shape, I always train hard and dig in but the feeling I am getting now, fitness wise and mentally, it's just chalk and cheese from the first fight.
