Frank Warren has today entered Judgment in his libel proceedings against Alex Morrison.  Damages and costs will be decided at a later date.  

Proceedings were issued after Mr Morrison made false and defamatory allegations about the circumstances surrounding Ricky Burns’ departure in March 2013.

Warren said, “I’m delighted that I have won this case and that costs and damages will be awarded.  I’m also awaiting the expected trial date in the summer of this year to deal with my ongoing claim against Ricky Burns.”
