IBF super bantamweight champion Carl Frampton is picking Kiko Martinez to score a knockout win over Scott Quigg, the WBA's "regular" champion, on July 18th. Quigg (30-0-2, 22 KOs) is reportedly facing Kiko Martinez (32-5, 24 KOs), the former IBF champion, at the Manchester Arena.

Frampton has faced Martinez twice - scoring a knockout in the first meeting and winning a twelve round unanimous decision over him last year.

Another opponent who was kicked around was Nonito Donaire. The Filipino Flash is already booked to fight on July 18th, but in Macau - which made him unavailable for the contest, but open to face Quigg later in the year.

The only fighter Frampton is giving Quigg a chance with is WBC champion Leo Santa Cruz. Frampton also picks Donaire and WBA/WBO champion Guillermo Rigondeaux to score knockouts wins over Quigg.

“I think he has a chance against Santa Cruz. I think Rigondeaux chins him and I think Martinez will probable chin him. I think Nonito Donaire chins him and I chin him. I am back in camp and we are looking to early, middle of July,” Frampton told Newsletter.
