Further bouts have been added to the MVP Jake Paul vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jnr event on June 28, with lightweight contender Floyd Schofield being paired with former junior lightweight beltholder Tevin Farmer the pick of the bunch.

“Sharing the ring with former world champ Tevin Farmer is a huge opportunity for me to silence those who doubt me and my skills, and I know that I will come out with the win,” Schofield, 18-0 (12 KOs), stated in a press release.

Farmer, needless to say, doesn’t agree with Schofield’s assessment of how the action will play out. “’Kid Austin’s’ about to learn my skills are different than anything he's ever seen,” said the 33-8-1 (8 KOs) Farmer. “I’m knocking him out to teach him a lesson.”

Schofield will start as favorite but Farmer, unlucky on close cards in recent bouts with Raymond Muratalla and two against William Zepeda, represents his toughest test to date.

Also set to appear in Anaheim’s Honda Center include Avious Griffin vs. Julian Rodriguez and Raul Curiel vs. Victor Ezequiel Rodriguez in welterweight 10-rounders, and Naomy Valle taking on her junior flyweight rival Ashley Felix over six-twos.

These are in addition to the already announced cruiserweight 10-rounder between Paul and Chavez, the WBO cruiserweight title fight that sees Gilberto Ramirez defend against Yuniel Dorticos and Holly Holm returning to action to take on Yolanda Guadalupe Vega Ochoa.

The pay-per-view show will be broadcast on DAZN.
