During his visit to Florida, Floyd Mayweather, Jr. let UK media outlet ITV know his feelings on a potential future clash with IBF junior welterweight champ Ricky Hatton. When asked about a potential fight, Floyd brushed it off. Mayweather does not think Hatton has enough selling power to make a tangle with him.
"Don't talk to me about Ricky Hatton. I'll tell you about Ricky Hatton. He came over to America and only sold 6,000 tickets. My fights sell out in three hours. I could go over to England and sell more tickets than Ricky Hatton. I'm the top dog."
Hatton is scheduled for a Las Vegas superfight with Jose Luis Castillo in June, while Mayweather meets Oscar De La Hoya in Las Vegas on May 5.
