BoxingScene.com has learned that junior welterweight contender Frankie "El Gato" Figueroa injured his rib while training for Ruslan Provodnikov, which has forced him to pull out of their upcoming fight. No word on the replacement for Provodnikov. The bout was scheduled for May 21st in Laredo, Texas and televised by ESPN2.
