Fes Batista Set To Make His Pro Debut on March 28th

BoxingScene.com has been advised that touted British prospect Fes Batista will make his pro debut on March 28th at the 10,000 seat Pensacola Bay Center in Roy Jones' hometown of Pensacola, Florida.

The event will be a hybrid boxing/MMA card and will be promoted by Jones' Square Ring Promotions.

Batista, who previously revealed that Lady Gaga's lyrics to Marry the Night helped prevent him from committing suicide when he was bullied as a teenager, is training in Las Vegas, Nev. under the guidance of Dewey Cooper. The date of the fight takes place on Lady Gaga's birthday.
