At the Wicomico Civic Center in Salisbury, Maryland, a middleweight contest saw Fernando Guerrero (18-0, 15KOs) go right through Michael Walker (19-4-2, 12KOs) in two rounds of a scheduled ten round contest.
Walker charged Guerrero into the corner at the start of round one and was trying to bully him in a corner. It didn't take long before Guerrero took over and began to work Walker over with drilling shots in the corner. Guerrero worked him over good in the final minute.
At the start of the second, Guerrero was unloading with dozens of punches to the head and body of Walker. Guerrero was just busting him up with both hands. Walker threw nothing back and just stood there against the ropes until the doctor finally ran in the ring and told the ref to stop the contest.
