A lawsuit has been in filed in a Utah federal court on behalf of a Draper company, RCH2 LLC, accusing former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield of failing to repay a $550,000 loan.

The lawsuit says the money was paid out to Holyfield in 2006 and 2007. As part of the contract, Holyfield was to repay the money with interest after last year's Sultan Ibragimov fight. The papers says Holyfield needed the money to landscape his 235-acre property in Fayette County, Ga.

Lon Jenkins, a rep on behalf of RCH2, claims that Holyfield did not respond to a letter demanding repayment that was sent last September.
