Hammer Knockout Promotions and Warriors Boxing recently joined forces with regards to cruiserweight Krzysztof Wlodarczyk and won purse bids for "Diablo´s" fight against Steve Cunningham for the vacant IBF title. Wlodarczyk vs Cunningham goes ahead on November 25 at the 7500-seater Torwar Sports Hall in Warzaw for what is the biggest promotion ever in Poland.
Sauerland Event still haven´t announced anything about the undercard to Arthur Abraham´s defense of the IBF middleweight against Edison Miranda on September 23 in Wetzal but it´s confirmed that cruiser Marco Huck and heavyweight Alexander Povetkin will be on the bill.
Universum announced yesterday on September 1 that WBC Int´l super middleweight champ Mario Veit takes on hardpunching Russian Denis Inkin in the headliner of their October 21 show in Halle/Saale. Inkin can indeed punch, but appears to be one of those who needs to get them early if he is to get them at all.
