WBA 175 lb champ Fabrice Tiozzo takes on Australian Paul Murdoch on July 15 in Le Cannet in a non-title ten-rounder. Both men are to come in just a little over the weight limit for light heavyweight.
Cruiserweights Pawel Kolodziej and Adrian Rakaj from Slovakia clash for the vacant WBC Youth title on July 1 in Kodzno, Poland. Hammer Knockout´s "other" cruiser, Krzysztof Wlodarczyk marks time with an eight-round contest vs Romanian Mircea Telecam. Light heavyweight Dawid Kostecki face German Andreas Guenther.
Jr. welterweights Michele Di Rocco and Giorgio Marinella, who drew last time out, are to do it again on August 9 in San Mango d´Acquino and again with the EU and Italian titles at stake.
Swedish pros Vatche Wartanian and Tonton Semakala are working out under Lasse Myrberg in Stockholm. Myrberg, bronze medal winner in the 88 Olympics, trained the two in the amateurs as well and is now back as a trainer but will concentrate on the pros.
CES´Swedish welterweight Benjamin Kalinovic will now face Josh Burns on July 7 at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, MA.
