Magdeburg, Germany - Hardpunching WIBF super middleweight champ Natascha Ragosina stopped American Carlette Ewell at 1.23 of the fifth round in the headliner of SES´ promotion at the Maritim Hotel. Ewell was hurt by a right, but kept punching back when tagged by another right and went down. She was allowed to continue but took a beating and Belgian referee Daniel Van De Wiele made a well timed stoppage. The vacant GBU title was also at stake.

Ukrainian heavyweight Taras Bidenko was given a good workout by the grossly overweight Alexei Osokin but won clearly after eight.

Welterweight Alpaslan Aguzum returned after a lengthy layoff and stopped Yuri Tsybenko in the fifth round after scoring two knockdowns and looked good. Aguzum
lost twice to Carlos Baldomir in what then was viewed as career defining fights but given what happend since Alpaslan can well make it back to at least European
top level.

Jr middle Lukas Konecny tuned up for his May 9 fight in Prague with a four round points win over brave Latvian Sandris Tomson. Konecny takes on IBF I/C champ Humberto Aranda in the headliner of a Spotlight Boxing show that is aired by EuroSport

Female fly Susianna Kentikian stopped Russian Evgenia Zablotskaja in the first.

Jr middle Norman Schuster got a tough fight from Kamel Ibrahmen in an eight-rounder. Ibrahmen was at times outclassed but kept coming back. He was floored in the
final seconds of the final round but got up to finish, badly wobbled, on his feet.

Czech cruiserweight Rudolf Kraj stopped Romanian Mircea Telecam in the fourth.
