WBA & WBC cruiserweight champion Jean Marc Mormeck has stated to the French media that he will defend the titles on January 7, the opponent likely being Panamanian Guillermo Jones.
Universum has now announced the November 26 show in Leverkusen topped by middleweight Felix Sturm in a world title shot - possibly against WBA ruler Maselino Masoe. The undercard features heavyweights Vladimir Virchis and Ruslan Chagaev. Junior welterweights, Andreas Kotelnik and Mohamed Abdullaev, are also on the bill.
Super middleweight Jurgen Brahmer is returning, according to German media. The return is slated for October 15 in Duesseldorf, on the Adamek vs Ulrich undercard. Brahmer has been away from the ring for over two years due to a prison term. Nothing official from Universum as of yet.
EBU bantamweight champ Simone Maludrottu´s defense against Belgian Carmelo Ballone has been postponed due to problems with a TV date.

He may get signed and is likely to appear on the October 14 show in Dolores (Spain). On this bill, big heavyweight Leif Dolonen Larsen takes on Hungarian champ Zoltan Petranyi. Jr welterweights collide as Emiliano Casal faces Patrik Prokopecz.
