Team Palle have announced the complete program for the big WBC/WBA unification fight at super middleweight between Markus Beyer and Mikkel Kessler on October 14 at Parken in Copenhagen. Highly ranked featherweight Spend Abazi takes on Venezuelan Edinso Torres while super middleweight Lolenga Mock face Mukadi Manda, who fights out of Spain. Danilo Haussler, also at 168 and Sauerland Event´s only fighter on the undercard, fight Russian Sergey Kharchenko. There will all in all be twelve fights on the bill.
French flyweight Brahim Asloum is currently training in Panama City under Rigorberto Garibaldi, writes netboxe.com. Asloum headlines AMI´s big show in Bercy on December 2.
Elite Box Promotion stage a show in Furstenwalde on October 28 with Latvian heavyweight Edgar Kalnars on top. Local drawing card Nick Klappert will be featured on the undercard.
Frenchman Frederik Klose retained the EBU welterweight titleon October 8 in Milano with a majority decision over veteran Giovanni Parisi. Klose won on scores of 116-112, 116-112 and 114-114.
EBU 112 lb ruler Andrea Sarritzu outscored Christophe Rodriguez on scores of 118-110, 118-110 and 117-111. Next up for Sarritzu is a mandatory defence against Bernard Inom. Junior welterweight Gianluca Branco stopped Pole Adam Zadworny in one round on the undercard. Branco is mandatory challenger for EBU king Ted Bami.
