Rafael Espinoza and Arnold Khegai are fit to fight.

Both boxers checked in at the same weight – 125.4lbs – for their scheduled 12-round headliner. Espinoza will risk his WBO featherweight title for the fourth time, but Saturday will be his first defense in his home country. The show airs live on ESPN Knockout and Top Rank Classics FAST channel (ROKU, Tubi, VIZIO and Pluto TV), beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET/1:00 a.m. GMT from Arena Coliseo in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.

Espinoza, 27-0 (24 KOs), has earned stoppage victories in each of his three defenses. His lone title fight to go the distance was in his December 2023 majority decision victory over Robeisy Ramirez to claim the WBO 126lbs crown.

Khegai, 23-2-1 (14 KOs), will enter his first career title fight.

While the main event is set, there was additional work to be done before a scheduled IBF 140lbs title eliminator.

Lindolfo Delgado, 23-0 (16 KOs), came correct on the second attempt at 139lbs, after going into the red at 140.8lbs at Friday’s official weigh-in. The 2016 Mexican Olympian and unbeaten contender managed to shed those 1.8lbs in the allotted two-hour period to make the mark.

Gabriel Gollaz Valenzuela, 31-4-1 (17 KOs) was 139.2lbs on his first and only trip to the scales.

The winner of Saturday’s eliminator will become the mandatory challenger to current IBF 140lbs titleholder Richardson Hitchins, 20-0 (8 KOs).
