Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City, California - Junior lightweight prospect Erick De Leon (15-0, 9 KOs) made good on his promise to score a knockout victory when he landed a crushing shot to the body in the fourth round to down Jose Salinas (10-3-1, 5 KOs) for the count in the main event of Top Rank's Solo Boxeo card on UniMas.

Junior middleweight puncher Alexander Besputin (6-0, 5 KOs) saw his streak of knockouts come to an end with a six round unanimous decision over over Gilberto Pereira (12-5, 9 KOs). All three judges saw it 60-54. The prospect, managed by Egis Klimas, had four knockouts in four fights in 2016. Periera suffered his third straight defeat.

Junior welterweight prospect Maxim Dadashev (6-0, 5 KOs) stopped Jerome Rodriguez (7-5-3, 2 KOs) in the sixth round.

In a middleweight contest, Evan Torres (6-2, 5 KOs) shocked undefeated Bryan Flores (5-1, 1 KO) with a six round split decision. The scores were 59-55, 59-55 for Torres and 58-56 for Flores.

Welterweight Arnold Barbosa Jr. (15-0, 5 KOs) won an eight round unanimous decision over Johnny Rodriguez (8-2-1, 5 KOs). The scores were 79-73, 79-73 and 78-74.

2016 Olympic gold medal winner Robson Conceicao (2-0, 1 KO) of Brazil, got his first knockout as a pro with a second round stoppage of Aaron Ely (3-2, 0 KOs).
