The heavyweight of Quebec, Eric Martel-Bahoeli (10-4-0) will attempt to capture the Canadian Crown, when he faces Neven Pajkic (17-1-0) on the 6th of September at the Hershey Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. The event will be jointly presented by United Promotions and Title Fight promotions.
Éric Martel-Bahoeli already holds the CPBC heavyweight belt with his victory over Raymond Olubowale, acquired in Calgary in April 2013. This time he tried to get their hands on the NCC (National Championship of Canada) title. In his most recent bout, Martel-Bahoeli was knocked out by Australian Lucas Browne, in England, in a fight for the Commonwealth belt.
For his part, Neven Pajkic recorded his only loss also trying put his hand on the Commonwealth belt. He was stopped in the third round by Tyson Fury in November 2011.
