Enzo Maccarinelli and Derek Chisora are ensuring they are in the best possible shape ahead of the Magnificent Seven - by sparring with each other.
The pair are both in action on September 18 on Frank Warren's massive show 'The Magnificent Seven" at the LG Arena, Birmingham, live on Sky Box Office.
Maccarinelli defends his European cruiserweight title against Alexander Frenkel.
And Chisora will attempt to add the Commonwealth heavyweight title to his British crown against Sam Sexton.
The pair have sparred before, and believe they are the perfect foil for each other.
"Enzo is looking so sharp in the gym a the moment," said Chisora.
"He's showing me a lot, and he can really bang for cruiserweight.
"Not only will Big Mac win this fight against Frenkel, but I think he will get back to world level as well.
"What I've seen in sparring has been very impressive."
Maccarinelli added: "I think Del Boy is one of the best prospects in the country.
"He's very under-rated and I don't think he got enough credit for winning the British title.
"Danny Williams was a good experienced name on his record, but I think against Sexton everyone is going to see the talent that Chisora has got."
