Six time world champion and inaugural class inductee, Emile Griffith will not be able to attend the IBHOF weekend this June due to a conflict in his busy schedule. "I just want to say sorry to all my fans and I hope to see you in 2006" said Mr. Griffith.

Emile’s biography the "Ring of Fire" will be shown on the USA Network April 20^th at 9pm. It will be the first time the network will show a program without commercials. There is a tremendous buzz in the television and movie industry regarding the documentary. Mr. Griffith has been flooded with personal appearance offers.
