Junior featherweight contender Emanuel Navarrete returns to action tonight.
The 23-year-old Navarrete will face veteran Breilor Teran at the Domo Sindicato de Trabajadores IMSS in Tlalpan, a suburb of Mexico City.
The 10 round bout will air live on Azteca TV in Mexico and beIN Sports en Espanol in the United States (11 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. PT).
Navarrete (23-1, 20 knockouts), who resides in the Mexico City area, is coming off an impressive second round knockout victory over former bantamweight contender Glenn Porras on Jan. 20.
Navarrete, who is ranked number two by the WBA and the WBO, has not lost since his sixth pro fight in July of 2012. He is one of the top prospects under the Zanfer Promotions banner.
Teran (22-15-1, 15 KOs) has won seven of his last eight bouts, but all against mediocre opposition. His most notable recent fight was a unanimous decision loss to junior featherweight contender Julio Ceja on Nov. 25.
Junior welterweight Cesar Soriano (11-1, 5 KOs) will square off against Richard Zamora (16-2, 9 KOs) in a 10 round bout.
In junior lightweight action between Mexico City residents, Mauricio Lara (10-1, 5 KOs) will face Daniel Colula (10-2-2, 3 KOs) in an eight round bout.
