The return of Edison Miranda (30-3, 26 KOs) will be pushed back to a later date. He was scheduled to return on November 11 in a tripleheader being put on by Warriors Boxing/DiBella Ent. in Hollywood, Florida. Leon Margules of Warriors told Dan Rafael that Miranda became ill going into the weekend and withdrew from the bout.
"He has been running a high fever since Friday and saw a doctor Saturday, who said he needed some bed rest," said Margules.
Miranda has not fought since a June knockout loss to current IBF middleweight champion Arthur Abraham.
