There will not be much rest for ex-champion Edgar Sosa. Last Saturday he returned to the ring with a four round TKO victory over Venezuelan José "Olympic" Varela. The flyweight contender is now going to return in the co-feature of a big event on September 11 at the Plaza de Toros in Mexico.

Sosa, the emeritus flyweight champion of the World Boxing Council, will find himself on a card where Erik Morales will appear in the main event against Willie Limond of Scotland in a welterweight contest. Sosa says his opponent will likely come from an Asian country.

"I would like for the opponent to be from the Orient, as they have a lot of heart. I have faced a number of them, although there is one (Rodel Mayol) where I have bad memories from Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas," Sosa said.
