San Juan, Puerto Rico - On October 22, unbeaten NABA (WBA) welterweight champion (WBA) Thomas Dulorme (12-0, 10KO's), and 140-pound hitter, Kenny Galarza ( 15-1, 14KO's), will fight at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama as part of the KO Drugs Festival by the WBA.
Dulorme makes the first defense of his NABA title against hard-hitting Charlie Jose Navarro (20-4, 15KO's) in a 10-round bout. While Galarza will face Johan Perez (13-0-1, 10KO's) for the WBA Fedelatin title in a 10 rounder. The two fighters are represented by Universal Promotions, DiBella Entertainment and Gary Shaw Productions.
"This is a very important fight for me as I'm getting closer to my dream of becoming a world champion. I'm working hard for Navarro because I know he's a strong fighter and I have to be alert with him. Be assured that I will make a good representation for my country of Puerto Rico," said Dulorme.
"This is my moment and I'll take the opportunity to show my worth to my people. I know Perez is a strong fighter but I'm ready for the challenge," said Kenny Galarza.
