Heavyweight prospect Daniel Dubois is waiting for word on his next opponent.
The unbeaten puncher hopes to face either Joe Joyce or Nathan Gorman in his next fight.
All three of the undefeated heavyweights are handled by promoter Frank Warren.
The British Boxing Board of Control have ordered a fight between Dubois and Joyce for the vacant British title.
Dubois is fighting again on July 13, and it was announced earlier today that Joyce would face Alexander Ustinov on May 18th.
"There's going to be an announcement later on this week," Dubois told the Pound For Pound Podcast. "We'll see if it's going to be him (Joe Joyce) or Nathan Gorman, we'll see.
"They should have no problem making the fights and getting it on. I really don't mind, but I would prefer to deal with Nathan first."
Joyce, an Olympic silver medal winner, had recently stated his concerns with facing Dubois - because he feels there is little to gain in victory. Among the three, Joyce is certainly much closer to a world title shot and in his last bout he stopped former WBC champion Bermane Stiverne.
At the same time, Joyce dropped a big hint that his next fight could be a stay-busy affair to get ready for Dubois.
“I could have waited until the big fight night on July 13th, but I wanted to keep busy," Joyce said.
"I didn’t want a journeyman, so we chose a 6 foot 8 inch giant and former world heavyweight title challenger Alexander Ustinov who’s only lost 3 times.
"He is big, awkward and he can punch. My aim is to take him out in spectacular fashion and put on a great show for the fans at the Lamex stadium."
