A fast-rising and very hard-hitting Ukrainian cruiserweight Dmytro Kucher (20-0, 15 KOs) has finally found an opponent for his upcoming (March 21) twelve-rounder at “Sportlife” night club in Kiev, Ukraine.

The WBC #4, IBF #9 and WBO #13 ranked 200lber, who blitzed through six relatively notable fighters in 2012, will end up fighting the Brazilian import Julio Cesar Dos Santos (22-1, 20 KOs) for a vacant WBC International title. Kucher’s original opponent Vincenzo Rossitto (43-7-2, 25 KOs) chose to relinquish his title rather than to fight the Ukrainian.

A former Brazilian champion Dos Santos, 35, has fought mostly in Brazil again non-descript opposition. However, when he did step up in class, he didn’t look like a victim by at least holding his own against experienced fellow compatriot Laudelino Jose Barros. Limited but physically imposing Dos Santos lost a majority decision to Barros last June but not before decking the latter twice in a heated twelve-rounder.
