Ukrainian heavyweight Alexander Dimitrenko headlines a Universum show at the Color Line Arena in Hamburg on July 4. It´s rumored that Dimitrenko will fight a WBO final eliminator against an opponent to be announced. Tabloid Bild have checked the ratings and are based on that, are guessing that Dimitrenko´s opponent will be Eddie Chambers.

If Robert Stieglitz can beat Jendrick Velecky on May 15 in Magdeburg and get a WBO rating he could be the opponent for WBO super middleweight champ Karoly Balzsay on August 22 in Budapest. On this bill Ina Menzer faces American Kelsey Jeffries in a defense of the WBC and WIBF belts. Zsolt Erdei, WBO champ at light heavyweight, will defend the title in September.

WBA I/C heavyweight champ Dennis Boytsov defends the title against stablemate and former WBA I/C ruler Taras Bidenko on June 6 in Oberhausen in a signficant fight that will make a difference in the world ratings but is also effectively an internal eliminator. Bidenko have been sidelined for awhile reportedely due to cure a hand injury. Headlining the bill is EBU light heavyweight king Juergen Brahmer taking on Italian Antonio Brancalion. Heavyweight Manuel Charr is also on the show.

AMI Production will promote a big show June 27 in France billed as WBA Boxing Night. The event could be headlined by WBA cruiser weightchamp Guillermo Jones taking on mandatory challenger Valery Brudov - this fight is however not made yet. French cruisers Jean Marc Monrose and Steve Herelius clash again - this time in a WBA eliminator. WBA jr welter titleholder for women, Ann Sophie Mathis defends against Jill Emery and middleweight Hassan N´Dam is also featured in a WBA eliminator.

In regards of AMI Production´s the Grand Tournoi Damien Bertu and Husseyn Bayram clash in the finals May 28 in Paris. The tournament was made at between 66 and 70 kilos and have attracted France´s best welters and jr middleweights. Middleweightss Affif Belgecham and Woilid Guarras battle it out for the vacant EU title in the chief support.

British champ Paul McCloskey and former WBA ruler Souleyman M´Baye have been named official challengers for the vacant EBU jr welterweight title.

Official challenger for EBU middleweight champ Khoren Gevor is Sebastian Sylverster, former titleholder who also challenged Felix Sturm but lost.

Rachid Drizlane and Christophe Sebire clash for the vacant French jr welterweight title June 12 at Les Pennes Mirabeau.
