In December, former three-time champion Devon Alexander (25-2) had his four fight winning streak snapped when he lost an unanimous decision to Shawn Porter (23-0-1).  Prior to the loss to Porter, his winning streak included victories over the likes of Lucas Matthysse, Marcos Maidana, Randall Bailey and Lee Purdy.

Alexander's manager and trainer Kevin Cunningham said that his fighter is back in the gym and that they are just waiting on a date for their next fight. He also said that former four-division champion Robert Guerrero and highly ranked contender Luis Collazo are at the top of his wish list.  Guerrero has been inactive since a May loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. while Collazo is fresh off of his upset second round knockout of Victor Ortiz.

"Devon's back in the gym grinding, ready to dust himself off and get back on the horse. Guerrero and Collazo are names that sound good to us," Cunningham told BoxingScene.com.
